At mphazebeats, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we will offer refunds in the following cases:

Eligible Refund Cases

• Defective Beat File: If the beat file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded properly.

• Wrong Beat Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong beat and notify us within 48 hours of purchase, before using or distributing the beat.

• Double Order: If you accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same beat.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at mphazeofficial@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Proof of the problem (such as a screenshot or audio recording)

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Important Notes

• No refunds will be issued if the beat has already been downloaded and used in a project (uploaded to streaming platforms, YouTube, etc.).

• All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if abuse of our policy is suspected.
