At mphazebeats, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we will offer refunds in the following cases:
Eligible Refund Cases

Defective Beat File: If the beat file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded properly.

Wrong Beat Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong beat and notify us within 48 hours of purchase, before using or distributing the beat.

Double Order: If you accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same beat.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Important Notes

No refunds will be issued if the beat has already been downloaded and used in a project (uploaded to streaming platforms, YouTube, etc.).

All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if abuse of our policy is suspected.
